Following are issues discussed at June 11 General meeting of the

Storm Drain Catch Basin Issue. Board is
determining parameters of shared responsibility of Vintage and Westgate storm drain
system--'the pond".
Entry Common Area Plantings. Exploring planting shrub and ornamental tree
screening at opposite side of Vintage entry from the monument sign.
Website Stats and Advertising. The VintageUP.com website had 342 visitors in
the month of June, up from 177 visitors in March. VintageUP is offering banner ad space on
the Vintage website for a nominal charge in order to raise funds to offset cost of site
hosting. Banner rates are $10/mo. Details at website. Help us sell an ad!

The Business of Vintage
The meetings don't stop once you leave the
office. Here is a rundown of neighborhood meetings that effect you:
The next General Meeting will be at 7 pm, Monday, September 16, 2002 at the
University Place Public Library meeting room. Board member elections will be held.
The next Board Meeting will be at noon, Sunday, July 14, 2002 at the Cole's
home. Everyone is welcome to the Board meeting--just let us know you're coming:
