Updated Vintage Phone Directory
The present Vintage Phone Directory will be updated in the coming weeks.
The board felt it important due to the new Vintage Disaster Preparedness
emergency plan. Full address, phone and email will be requested,
including names of people in the household. Each family will be able to
decide what they want to be listed on the website and can opt to be
‘unlisted’, but the paper directory needs to be an accurate listing of
our current community & an will be redistributed to all. Information
on updating has been distributed in the community June 15 or you may
contact Dana with updates.

Please store your trash and recycling containers so they are out of site
from the street, except on garbage pick-up day. Our CC&R Article 10,
Sec. 11 :"..No unsightly condition permitted...including trash
barrels...". The Board has been fielding complaints from the community
about this.

Some Fourth of July Fireworks not allowed
The board reviewed the fires that were caused by fireworks around July
4th, 2003. In consultation with the fire dept. and comments from the
community, the board passed a motion for a policy against any aerial
fireworks within Vintage nor any fireworks of any kind directed toward
the Westgate community below us. Small, legal fireworks that stay on the
ground may be permitted on pavement. Please avoid fireworks on sidewalks
due to discoloration. Please keep water hose at the ready when using
fireworks.
