I. Old Business
1. Fence on lot 7. Board is unable at this time to get a fence
contractor to come out and look at the fence to see what can be done
about the chain link fence. Greg suggested we could possibly
“grandfather” the fence in, and add to the CCR’s in regards to adding
chain link fence on few selected lots in the future. Only because of the
slope on some of the yards on certain lots.
2. Dogs seem to becoming a bigger problem. April will put together
a letter in regards to who to call if the dogs are roaming or barking
and get this distributed to all of the homeowners.
II. New Business
1. There is a hole the size of baseball located at the entrance to The
Vintage in the
asphalt. Steve has one bid already, and he is working on getting one
more bid. The cost to repair will be about $550 - $600.
2. Greg suggested putting a team together to update the Vintage
directory. April will put together a team to do this by the end of
November.
3. Our annual homeowners meeting will be held in October. We will
conduct the vote for the 2007 Vintage Board Members at that time. We
will need to ask Dick and Sandi Walters if they are interested in
holding the meeting at their home again. Board would like to see if we
can get Lianna to come out to this.
4. Steve will be sending a letter to a homeowner in regards all the cars
on their lot.
III. ACC Report
Steve Cole stated that he has received many applications from homeowners
and that most people are now submitting an application for approval
before beginning their project.
