1. Reviewed Budget

1. The Board moved $450.00 allocation from Snow Removal to Street Sweeping/Catch Basin budget.

2. Catch Basin

1. Board discussed recommendations of attorney regarding equitable responsibility of catch basin.

II. New Business

1. Personal Property in Common Areas

1. Board decided to notify community of prohibition of personal property in public right-of-way such as sidewalks and streets. Letter to community being drafted.
