I. Old Business

1. Dana Greenlee has agreed to maintain the Vintage Website, details on specifics are yet to be determined.

2. We discussed the need for information about PCNet to be included on our Website or in a newsletter. Homeowners should be informed about the program and aware of the fact that we have individuals in our neighborhood trained in natural disaster preparedness.

3. The annual Easter egg hunt went well and was enjoyed by all that attended..


II. New Business

1. Our annual homeowners meeting will be held in September. We will conduct the vote for the 2006 Vintage Board Members at that time. We will need to ask Dick and Sandy Walters if they are interested in holding the meeting in their home again.

2. It has come the attention of the board that the issue of dogs running loose in the neighborhood is a problem. A letter was sent to the owner of the dogs.

3. Cats allowed to roam free in the neighborhood is also causing a problem by spraying in homeowners garages. Steve will contact Lianna and ask what our options are and what other communities have done with similar problems.

4. We no longer have a volunteer to head the Community Affairs Committee. We discussed having a form available on the Website to apply for money to fund your community event.


III. ACC Report

Steve Cole presented the Board Members with the current approved exterior paint choices. He also offered a new palette of proposed exterior paint colors. The new palette includes more choices. The board approved the new palette and Steve will ask for public approval. A form asking for feedback on the color choices will be distributed and Steve will provide the results at a future board meeting.  A palette of Roof color choices is still being developed.
