Opening: Steve Cole, Board President, called a special meeting of the Vintage at University Place Board of Directors to order on November 25, 2002.

I.  Budget: January-October 2002
The outgoing 2002 Vintage Board of Directors met Monday, 11/25 to decide action on the remaining funds from the Vintage HOA 2002 budget.

The Board reviewed status of Accounts Receivable and remaining funds available in 2002 budget.

Decision: Steve Cole, Betty Simpson and Dana Greenlee unanimously voted to roll over remaining funds into the 2003 General budget.

II. Agenda for Next Meeting

This is the final meeting of the 2002 Board of Directors.
