I. Old Business
1. Econo Vac came out and measured the sediment in our
storm drains.
They do not need cleaning at this time. He recommended
another check in August 2002.
Homeowners are responsible for the drains on there own
property.
2. Maggie contacted the City of University Place about a
letter Ken Grassi referred to at our June general membership meeting. The letter referred
to our drainage system.
Maggie talked to Diana Harmon at the City office and she
can find no record of any letter.
3. A letter establishing our new policy and fee assessment
for homeowners past the two year yard completing date needs to be sent out soon.
II. New Business
1. We discussed taking turns typing up the CC&Rs
to post on the website.
2. We need to have the entry way sprinkler system
winterized.
3. The incoming board members need to have the names
changed on the bank documents, Library meeting room and Lakewood towing.
4. The possibility of having three general membership
meeting per year instead of four was proposed. We will look into it further.
5. Kevin suggested the new board members read the past
years meeting minutes to familiarize themselves with the past years events.
6. Steve suggested that the outgoing president continue to
attend the first few board meetings to help the flow from old board members to new board
members.
7. We discussed organizing a disaster plan or emergency
preparedness plan for our neighborhood.
8. All the community affairs supplies are stored in
Rubbermaid containers and will be passed on to Wendy Wheeler.
III. Next Board Meeting
The next board meeting will be Dec. 3, 2001 at Dana
Greenlees house.
