1. April is to put together the agenda for the Annual meeting coming up on the 29th, and get this to Lianna to mail out to all of the homeowners. .

2. April will contact Lianna in regards to the towing of cars in our neighborhood. Find out the procedures, and then possibly mail out a certified letter to the homeowners who are repeat offenders to this problem.


III. ACC Report

Steve Cole stated that he has received many applications from homeowners and that most people are now submitting an application for approval before beginning their project.
