I. Old Business

 New Board would like to thank Greg McGuire for his great job as President of HOA, he did a great job.


II. New Business

1. Lighting in the area should be fixed as quickly as possible. April will contact Jerry to find out who we have used in the past and get this to Frank so we can make a decision on who to use to fix these.

2. Storm Drainage. This should be taken care of soon too. April will find out who
we have used in the past and get this to Frank.

3. The Walters will be having the annual Easter Egg Hunt down at their house again.

4. April is to finish up updating the directory, this should be done by the end of the month

5. The Vintage Board is discussing having another Disaster Preparedness meeting.

6. Discussed options to apply the CCR yard/home guidelines to the homes in the community.
