I. Old Business

1. Faulty street lights in the neighborhood have been fixed.

2. No update on the complaint about dogs being allowed to run free in the neighborhood.

3. The palette of colors for approved exterior house paint is still being created. The need for a list of approved deck stain and roof colors was discussed and may be included with the chart of exterior paint choices. The target for having this list available to homeowners is spring 2005. ACC will send out a letter and post the palette on our website.


II. New Business

1. Steve Cole (ACC Chairperson) announced that Joel Peterson and Amy Dalton have both agreed to be ACC committee members.

2. Steve voiced concern about the need for consistent communication between homeowners and the board. He discussed creating a packet for new homeowners to help ensure they are aware of our CC&R ‘s , dues and homeowner responsibilities.

3. The possibility of whether or not residential artificial turf would be an approved ground cover was discussed. More information is needed before making a decision.

4. Fencing that borders our community was discussed. The issue of whether or not a homeowner would be able to remove their portion of the fence or install a different variety of fencing was contemplated. It was noted that there may be portions of the fencing in need of repair and may pose drainage issues.
