II. COMMITTEE REPORTS

1. FINANCE REPORT – April Petro
Current year budget vs. actual spending reports were handed out and discussed. This is another year that we are well under budget. The 2007 board members may want to investigate the possibility of making some changes to the budget, moving funds as well as homeowners dues. All homeowner’s assessments are paid in full.

2. ACC REPORT - Steve Cole
Steve talked about all the applications that have come thru him this past year, many of them have filled out the applications. He also mentioned the new board should put together a small committee to look at the CCR’s and possibly revise some of the articles. Specifically 6 and 10.

III. NEW BUSINESS – Greg McGuire

1. Nominees for the 2007 homeowners board are:

President – Frank Casella
Vice President – Sandy Walters
Secretary/Treasurer – April Petro

There was a unanimous decision to accept these nominees for the 2007 board. There we not enough votes for a quorum, so the following day April called enough homeowners that did not vote to get the full representation.

IV. OPEN FORUM

Steve Cole wants to step down from the ACC board, after many years, he has done a great job! Maggie McGuire said she will serve on the new board but not lead it, so the board will be looking for a new ACC leader. Steve will stay on until the board can find a replacement.

The boards wants to put together an updated homeowners list. Dan Zoolkoski, Lori Weller, Maria Casella, Maggie McGuire and Jerry Prado will help on updating this list. Hopefully by the 1st of December we can have this list updated.

Jerry Prado will get a bid for the light that does not work on 58th street.

The board will discuss the possibility of keeping the Vintage website or removing it.
