II. COMMITTEE REPORTS

1. FINANCE REPORT – Julie Westover
Current year budget vs actual spending reports were handed out and discussed. This is the second year
in a row that we have come in well under budget. The 2006 board members may want to investigate the
possibility of making changes to the budget as well as homeowners dues. All homeowners assessments
are currently paid in full.

2. ACC REPORT – Steve Cole

Steve talked about the new board approved color palette for exterior home painting. Please view the  palette and fill out an ACC application before painting your home. Although the amount of applications submitted before work is done to a homeowners property is increasing, some are making changes without approval and they run the risk of being asked to change or remove the work.


III. NEW BUSINESS – Greg McGuire

1. The Westgate drainage pond has been cleaned out this year. Water runoff from our neighborhood enters the retention pond and we are responsible, along with the Westgate Homeowners Association, to pay for half of the maintenance on the pond.

2. Nominees for the 2006 homeowners board are:
President – Greg McGuire
Vice President – Scott Kelly
Secretary/Treasurer – April Petro

Not enough people attended the annual meeting to create a quorum for a vote so the current board will call homeowners to record their votes.
