Vintage at University Place Homeowners Association has a number of rules and regulations
that you should be familiar with called Covenants, Codes, and Restrictions (CC&R). You
received the CC&R document at the time of closing on the purchase of your home.
You will also be able to read and print the Vintage CC&R's from this website.
The purpose of the CC&R's are to protect the economic
value, desirability of ownership, and architectural uniformity of the properties within
Vintage at University Place. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the CC&R's since
failure to abide by them can result in fines and possible liens against your property. If
you feel that a community member is not following the CC&R's, you may contact Lianna Collinge, CAE of Association Management, our

contact information. She will then work with the ACC and Board as required to
address the situation.
