Message from 2003 HOA President Derek Lees
November,
2003 - Thank
you for your part in voting for the future of Vintage. Out
of the 49 residences we collected 18 ballots, that’s the
equivalent of a 37% turnout. Pretty good I think!
For those that are interested, kudos goes to the phase 3 residents
– either the most democratically minded, or those with the most to
say:
Overall: 22 out of 49 = 45%
Phase 1: 8 responses out of 20 households = 40%
Phase 2: 5 out of 11 = 45%
Phase 3: 9 out of 18 = 50%
On behalf of the outgoing board, I would like to thank everyone
who has contributed to the community this past year. It is not
until one serves on the board that one really sees the interest
and support in the community. It’s encouraging!
It is also fascinating to see how the budget is structured and
what is required in order to keep our community is the condition
we expect.
Finally, my gratitude and thanks to Sandi and Rob – I appreciate
all the help and support we have given one another. It’s been a
quick year hasn’t it? |
