Home Owners Application

An approval by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) of any fence, shed, bam, deck or other structure or home modification is required before work can begin. This form is the application for approval.

If you submitted a request online since May 5 and have not heard anything yet, please call Assoc. Mgmt. We probably did not get your request and you will need to print out and mail a new one.. After completing the form below, click "Submit" to send. A copy will be emailed to both "Association Management" and to the chair of the ACC Committee.  You will then see a page with the information you filled in. You may print that page for your records.

If you have diagrams or supporting material such as a lot diagram showing the location of the improvement and a drawing showing any details that should be considered by the committee, you may email or mail them to Association Management. Contact info is on our Contact page. All fences must be built according to the Standard Fence Detail.
