Dry summer months
can be very rough on our lawns. While we realize that hot weather can quickly turn a green
lawn to brown in a few days, regular watering and fertilization can remedy the damage of
the summer sun.
Our Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions require that we keep our landscape maintained
to reflect a high pride of ownership.
The Vintage CC&Rs
state:
Article 7, Section 2: Standards of Maintenance - Lots and
Planting Strips.
Each Lot Owner hereby covenants and agrees to maintain his respective Lot
in
the same condition as a reasonably prudent homeowner would maintain his home so that the
Real Property will reflect a high pride of ownership.
