Lawn Survival Skills

A very dry, damaged lawnDry summer months can be very rough on our lawns. While we realize that hot weather can quickly turn a green lawn to brown in a few days, regular watering and fertilization can remedy the damage of the summer sun.

Our Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions require that we keep our landscape maintained to “reflect a high pride of ownership”.

Article 7, Section 2: Standards of Maintenance - Lots and Planting Strips.
“Each Lot Owner hereby covenants and agrees to maintain his respective Lot … in the same condition as a reasonably prudent homeowner would maintain his home so that the Real Property will reflect a high pride of ownership.”
